Draft Local Plan 2042 Revised Regulation 18

Test Valley Borough Council is required to produce a local plan that sets out our housing and employment need and how we are going to deliver it.

This Draft Local Plan 2042 Revised Regulation 18 stage of plan preparation is an opportunity for local residents to comment on the overall housing need, the approach to distributing homes and the proposed site allocations to address our housing need.

The consultation is open from Friday 27 June to midday on Friday 5 September. This platform provides an opportunity to learn more about the draft Local Plan 2042 and have your say.
