Information about this project
South of Romsey Town Centre
We’re sharing updated proposals for the future of the South of Romsey Town Centre – a key gateway into Romsey that includes the area around Crosfield Hall and the bus station. These proposals aim to improve how the area works for residents, visitors and businesses, by creating better connections, public spaces and community facilities.
The plans have been shaped by years of community input, including Citizens’ Assemblies, public consultations and design workshops. At the heart of the proposals is a new community facility and improved parking provision - designed to meet Romsey’s needs now and in the future.
You can explore the background, the options we considered, the preferred proposal and next steps. At the end, there’s a space for you to share your thoughts. As part of this engagement, we will be holding a drop-in exhibition at Romsey Town Hall on Thursday 6 November from 3pm to 7pm, where you will be able to ask questions.
