The Draft Local Plan 2042 Revised Regulation 18 consultation sets out how the Council proposes to meet our new housing need following changes to national policy in December 2024. The changes resulted in an increase to our housing requirement meaning that Test Valley Borough Council must deliver 934 homes per year.
