Draft Policies Map

The draft Policies Map visually shows where specific planning policies apply for the borough. The draft Policies Map is split north and south for Test Valley and can be seen below. This includes the policies as set out in the Revised Regulation 18 document such as, the proposed housing sites.

All other boundaries reflect the policies in the draft Regulation 18 Stage 2 document, unless there have been subsequent updates to environmental designations, then these have been updated. These are all included to ensure a comprehensive Policies Map is provided. All boundaries will be reviewed and updated, where appropriate at the Regulation 19 stage.

Chapter 4: Test Valley Communities Proposed Housing Sites is attached below. There is one attachment for sites in Northern Test Valley and another for Southern Test Valley. These attachments set out each of the proposed site allocations and the detailed policies for each site.
