Evidence and associated documents

The Local Plan consultation documents are available below. To inform the preparation of the Local Plan, Revised Regulation 18 document the Council has produced a number of associated documents, and evidence base studies. These are available below.

The evidence base studies undertaken previously have also informed the draft Local Plan, Revised Regulation 18. These can be accessed on the Test Valley Borough Council website by clicking on the link here and here

We have prepared topic papers to summarise policy areas of the Local Plan. Topic Papers provide background information, including relevant national and local policies and summarise the key issues for the relevant matter, taking account of evidence and consultation feedback. The topic papers are listed below and are also attached at the bottom of this page. We have prepared Topic Papers at previous stages. The Topic Papers for this stage are available below.
